Do you properly inform your customers of the services and products that you offer?
When you use social media and your website as tools to keep your customers up to date, you provide them with a better experience. A happy customer is one that is a repeat customer, and most likely one that will tell others about your services and their experience.
As many small business owners know, having a social media presence is something that can really help your business or hurt your business. It is great when it is frequently updated, but it can be detrimental if unused for months at a time, so be sure to take care of your customers by keeping them up to date and in the loop. This could be providing information about new services, a new product, updated hours, or just a simple “hey, we’re still here and miss you”, it all goes a long way.
